SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

We will provide you with a tracking number and the courier service we use to get the parcel delivered to you via email.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We use Australia Post and some other Private courier companies to get your items delivered to you asap.You could even choose to pick up the item from our store at Craigieburn (Melbourne) and if you choose to do so,we will notify you when is the item ready for pick up via email.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

You can simply send us an email with your order# and the receipt# and the item will only be returned if it meets our return policy criteria.

Note: You will need to cover the cost of return postage and the initial delivery cost will not be refunded.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We will provide you with the tracking details,so you don't have to worry about it much.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes,we do and the charges will vary according to the International delivery rates,

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

No return for change of mind and the items will only be returned/Exchanged if the item is damaged.The return has to be done within 7 days of the purchase.You can contact us straightaway after you have received the item if you want to return/Exchange and the Item returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.The item will only be returned if it is damaged.The refund can be used as a credit to do future purchases as well.                                                            Note: You will need to cover the cost of return postage and the initial delivery cost.
